I just hung up, figured at 12:30 in the morning there was no way it was legit.

Mark as Useful They said they were Verizon. But after I asked if it was SCAM they hang up on me. I called back and there was always the same person answering the phone. Saying that she is with Verizon Customer Service. PLEASE BE AWARE! It is scam!

Mark as Useful India moron that has no clue about the laws of the US threatens to have two men serve papers on me and haul me to federal court the next morning. I told them if they show, they will be arrested, or worse...much worse. That rattles them and they don't know how to respond if its not on their little script. Go right at them, scare them good, they always back down.

Mark as Useful This number phones me daily threatening that I am being arrested each week bc I supposedly owe a payday advance which I have never done...When I ask for paperwork they hang up on me...They have info on me like my ss# and place of employment but, just say we will see you in court and hang up on me then start over the next day calling each time giving me the name of a different payday advance.
